CMMOTA and BIOFLEX Partnership Announcement
BIOFLEX is pleased to announce its recent partnership with CMMOTA. This new alliance will help promote the benefits of BIOFLEX photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) in conjunction with manual osteopathic and massage therapy, resulting in better treatment outcomes.
BIOFLEX Laser Therapy is highly effective in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, arthritis, soft tissue and sports injuries, wound healing and a wide range of dermatological conditions. BIOFLEX Therapy Systems are currently being used in over 52 countries by a broad spectrum of healthcare professionals including physicians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, naturopaths, dentists, athletic trainers, massage therapists and ostoepaths.
Photobiomodulation uses specific wavelengths and dosages of light energy that interact with photoreceptors to produce photochemical reactions that have a positive effect on cellular metabolism and accelerates recovery from damage and inflammation. CMMOTA was founded in Alberta in 1977 as the Society of Remedial Masseurs and Physical Therapists and has since expanded to represent professional Massage Therapist and Manual Osteopathic Therapists located in Canada from coast to coast to coast.
