Life Without Pain

The Meditech Advantage

Our two Toronto based Meditech Laser Rehabilitation Centers specialize in the administration of light therapy using the world renown Bioflex Laser Therapy System to eliminate pain, accelerate healing and restore the quality of life for those suffering from a wide range of musculoskeletal problems and joint dysfunction including arthritis, back pain, tendonitis, and most soft tissue injuries including muscle and tendon strains and tears.

What is Laser Therapy?

Laser therapy involves the pain free, noninvasive irradiation of injured or diseased tissue with a combination of red and infrared light in a specific sequence scientifically designed for optimal clinical outcomes. This process initiates a series of physiological reactions within the cells which leads to the restoration of normal cell structure and function.

Is BioFlex Laser Therapy the same as Cold Laser Therapy and Low Level Light Therapy? (LLLT)

Yes, the term laser therapy goes by many names; the efficacy of which has been proven by over 4,000 scientific presentations and in excess of 500 clinical studies, many of which can be found in the resource center on the BioFlex website at The difference between the BioFlex system and all the others is that it's been developed by world class engineers in response to the demands of the Meditech clinicians who are successfully treating on average close to 500 patients a week across our two clinics.
